Warranty terms

Used — caravan / motorhome / vehicle

A used caravan or motorhome has a 3 month warranty valid from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. This warranty is not transferable.

We have thoroughly inspected your caravan or motorhome before handover to you and have rectified any defects noted at the time. You must maintain and service it in line with the manufacturer's recommendations, which is a service every 12 months at our dealership. A motorhome engine and drive train must also be serviced in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer — for example Ford, Fiat or Isuzu. Failure to maintain your caravan or motorhome will limit your warranty.

In the event of any warranty claim the caravan or motorhome must be inspected and repaired in our workshop unless otherwise agreed by us. Our company will not accept liability for any associated travelling or other costs.

Please note that as a used item it will show signs of use reflecting its age, mileage and price. 

New — caravan / motorhome

A new caravan or motorhome has a 24 month warranty valid from the date of purchase as shown on your invoice. This warranty is not transferable.

We have thoroughly inspected your caravan or motorhome before handover to you and have rectified any defects noted at the time. You must maintain and service it in line with the manufacturer's recommendations, which is a service every 12 months at our dealership. A motorhome engine and drive train must also be serviced in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer — for example Ford, Fiat or Isuzu. Failure to maintain your caravan or motorhome will limit your warranty. Annual servicing is at your cost.
